Sicilian Avenue

Designed by architect Robert Worley in 1906 and completed in 1910, Sicilian Avenue is a striking pedestrian shopping parade of Bloomsbury in the heart of Holborn.

The pedestrian cut-through has been so well-preserved since 1910 till now that It is classified as grade II on the National Heritage List for England.

Several scenes of the 2018 film 'The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society' were filmed in Sicilian Avenue, as was a scene from the 2017 film 'Wonder Woman'.
